Time-Domain 20 MHz NMR platform for routine microstructural assessment

Description

This time-domain NMR platform comprises three 20 MHz Minispec spectrometers. The platform is on standby to perform automated droplet size distributions in emulsions as well as Solid Fat Content determinations at a range of temperatures. All Minispec spectrometers are under full control of a Rohasys robot in order to perform measurement in automation with high throughput. This equipment is part of the equipment portfolio of Unilever made available for sharing through Shared Research Facilities.

Technical Details
