600 MHz NMR Spectrometer

Description

This dedicated liquid state 600 MHz NMR spectrometer is equipped for assessment of molecular structure and dynamics in dissolved form. The high field strength of this instrument provides both high sensitivity and spectral resolution. This instrument is on standby to perform these liquid state NMR experiments with a cryo probehead, which strongly boosts sensitivity. The instrument is equipped to perform one- and multidimensional homo- and heteronuclear NMR experiments. The use of a SampleJet sample changer allows for high throughput measurements with minimal operator interaction. This equipment is part of the equipment portfolio of Unilever made available for sharing through Shared Research Facilities and is located at MAGNEtic resonance research FacilitY (MAGNEFY).
